Double Super Jump and others

The Player can super jump twice after wall-/ceiling-cling.

(Is this intentional?) Reimu's icicle summon/attack will not have any damage falloff if the target is already affected by a cold DoT and the first damage will deal more.

(And no, I'm not from 4chan! Or from the textboard)

fixed the jumps limiter getting reset on grab.

kind of. when the icicle freezes, the damage reduction is intended since the enemy can't evade at all. but when just cold, the enemy's still mobile and able to evade, so the icicle acts as regular attack. the damage reduction is only for frozen state.
